Refund Policy

At Scrubify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Request a Return Email us at shopscrubify@shopscrubify.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Restocking Fee There are no restocking fees — returns are completely free on our end once we receive the item.

• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items returned after 30 days

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
