Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days depending on your location and supplier availability. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country and may take 20–45 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at shopscrubify@shopscrubify.store and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Scrubify is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
